Warren Campbell – Founder and CEOWarren has worked in the energy sector for over 15 years. He is Australian by background and lives in Sweden. He spent 8 years in engineering and business development roles within a major energy company and has spent 10 years with management consulting firm McKinsey and Company with a focus in European energy and climate change.

Fredrik Carlman – Founder, Deputy CEO and Director of Business DevelopmentFredrik is responsible for establishing Vireo Energy in new markets. Fredrik has worked extensively in cleantech investments towards Eastern Europe as an Investment manager at Swedfund, a self employed consultant in Russia and a project leader Swedish Trade Council Russia. Fredrik also has experience from McKinsey and Company, and with Venture Capital firm Arctic Ventures.

Andreas Uddman – CFOAndreas is responsible for Finance at Vireo. Prior to joining the company he worked at Shell International in London holding various European finance roles across the downstream and midstream business. Andreas holds an M.A. in Political Science from University of Glasgow, a Master in Management from EADA business school in Spain, and he is also a Chartered Management Accountant, ACMA.

Jonas Konstantinov – Business Development Director, Central EuropeJonas holds a MSc in Marketing and Economics from The Stockholm School of Economics and is a Business Development specialist with strong experience from the CEE region. Jonas has done extensive M&A and change management work for the Kinnevik-owned Broadcasting group Modern Times Group in Bulgaria, Slovenia and Czech Republic. Among other roles he held the position as CEO of MTG:s Bulgarian TV channels. Jonas has also acquired extensive experience from business creation and licensing / concession processes in Africa, Latin America and Asia during his tenure as CEO of Next Generation Broadcasting AB.

Robert Domaradzki – Managing Director, PolandRobert is responsible for Vireo Energy’s business in Poland as well as directly leading new business development. Robert has 20 years experience working with project management, sales, development and construction energy projects in Poland and neighbouring countries. He has previously worked as Polish Country manager for ContourGlobal Solutions developing CHP projects in Poland, and for EDF Group companies in Poland. Prior to that he was a sales manager with Wartsila. Robert is a Mechanical Engineer and he graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology.
